Q: Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping worldwide :) Shipping is live rate calculated at checkout, but does not include any customs fees/taxes that will be accrued during import. Elevation Disc Golf and/or its constituents are not responsible for refunding shipping charges if there is a failure to deliver a package. While we are excited to offer international shipping, be sure to check out our global list of current retailer partners as we may have a retail partner in your area!
Q: After I place my order, how long will it take to ship from your Warehouse?
Orders ship between 1-2 business days after purchase. As a small, family business, Elevation takes weekends off to enjoy time with loved ones & unwind (we like to binge watch T.V. too). Orders placed after 4:00PM CST on Friday evenings will not ship until the following Monday.
Q:How long will it take to ship to me?
Shipping times vary by destination. If you are worried about getting your order by a certain day, please email us at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com so we can further assist.
Q:I put the wrong address when I ordered, now what?
Please email us ASAP at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to get it corrected and shipped to the right place. Always be sure to double check your shipping address when reviewing your order, as our team will have to contact the postal service and try and get the package rerouted. While the hold music is pretty snazzy, we'd like to avoid stress for both of us & ensure you get your order ASAP!
Q: Something went wrong/My package was not delivered/Stolen Package?
Elevation Disc Golf and its constituents are only financially responsible for issues that are directly our fault, and cannot accept fault for actions of other entities. Elevation will do everything in our power to contact local postal departments and reroute a package, but are not financially responsible for the loss/damage of items due to exterior factors outside of our control. Elevation Disc Golf is not financially liable to refund/resend orders that are stolen or misdelivered. It is vitally important that customers ensure the accuracy of shipping and billing information prior to confirming their order.
Q: My Disc Looks Wonky/Is This Normal?
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, or have questions about aspects of your disc, please email us at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com. Often times, after shipping, a disc may appear warped, "dented", or "crooked". While a good shake and some bending typically revives our flexible friends, please reach out if you are worried your disc has a manufacturing issue or defect.
We have an person quality inspection team with over 85% interrater reliability to ensure discs are categorized correctly into normal stock, Honorable Mentions (F2s), and scrap that is not sold. However, if you feel we missed something, please send us an email!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We try our best to present our products with integrity so you know what you are getting when you purchase with us. However, we do offer 30 day refunds if you are dissatisfied with our products, they arrive damaged, etc. To be eligible for a refund, please keep your packaging materials and e-receipt, and send us an email at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com.
We will do everything we can to make it right and accept returns and exchanges.
